Corporate Events Breakdown
Our Available Hours for Booking:
Tuesday-Friday 9 am-5 pm, Saturday 10 am, 1 pm, and 4 pm. We do have after-hours availability on weekdays, but we require ample notice to determine which of our instructors can come in after hours. We do require a 50% deposit before we can book you in our calendar and the other 50% is paid day of the class.
Our Pricing and Item List:
$60 per person – Flowers, Flower Dishes, Ornaments, Paperweights, Birds
$65 per person – Mushrooms
$70 per person – Pumpkins, Bubble Bowl
$90 per person – Snowmen
$120 per person – Ruffle Bowl, cups
Choose one object for the group to make. Classes are 2 hours long; however, larger groups of 15+ may extend them to 3-4 hours, depending on the object chosen. The minimum number of people for a lesson is 4, and the maximum we can accommodate is 25. Please note that this number is only for people taking the class.
In this workshop, our instructor will guide you through studio basics and safety, and then give you a demonstration of the piece you will be making. Then you will have the opportunity to gather molten glass from a 2100-degree furnace. You will get to choose your colors and sculpt molten glass into a beautiful and unique creation of your own. Your creation will need to cool slowly overnight and will be available for pickup a couple of days later. The studio can get hot, so please dress accordingly. T-shirts and blue jeans work well, along with closed-toed shoes. No synthetic clothing. If you have a personal pair of safety glasses or prescription glasses, please bring them. Otherwise, we have some to lend out in the studio. You must be 10 years of age or older to participate.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
Here at GRT Hot Glass Studios, we value you and your business and want to create an environment that is safe and conducive to learning, while having an enjoyable time. We acknowledge that life events out of your control will happen, so if one should arise, please notify us at your earliest opportunity.
The following are the policies regarding canceling or rescheduling a reservation:
If You Have Booked Class Time Through Eventbrite or the Studio:
● 100% Refund with 7 or more days’ notice
● 0% refunded with 6 or fewer days’ notice.
For Rescheduling or Cancellations:
● 4 or more days prior notice: No Fee
● 2-3 days prior notice: $25.00 fee
● Same-day notice: $50.00 fee
GRT reserves the right to retain the fee for your lesson if you choose to cancel or reschedule your lesson, if you do not show, or if you do not provide notice before your lesson.
ALL REFUNDS WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE HOT SHOP MANAGER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE POLICIES, AND EXCEPTIONS MAY BE CONSIDERED
*Please note that the class is subject to cancellation if we do not meet the minimum participation number of 4 people. If this is the case, we will contact you about class enrollment via the email you use to sign up, so please be sure to check your email prior to your lesson. If you sign up for a class that does not meet minimum enrollment, we will reach out to you about rescheduling your lesson.
