We have multiple options for eternal treasures, as well as the option for a custom piece.
How the Process Works

Click on the below order form button to give us all the special details for your loved one, whether they be a human or a pet.
You are also welcome to reach out to us via phone or email. If you have any questions, custom requests, or concerns.

choose your specs
What type of piece(s) would you like? What size? What colors - you may choose up to three? Would you like a custom piece? Add any additional notes, instructions, questions, etc. All of this information is on the order form.
mail or drop off the remains
Please mail us 2-4 tablespoons of your loved one's ashes. Please make sure the ashes are very fine. Due to the nature of shipping cremated remains, we recommend you go to UPSP to ship and they will provide assistance.
If you choose to not mail the remains through USPS Express Priority, GRT Hot Glass Studios is not liable. The USPS packing guidelines link is the the Q&A section.
timing
Typically, once your order is received and we receive the remains, whether via mail or drop-off, it is a 4-6 week process. This can depend on how many pieces you order, if it's a custom object, and if there are any special instructions included.

can we request custom pieces?
Yes, you may request custom pieces/shapes and/or colors at an additional cost.
How Many colors can we choose?
We recommend choosing three colors, as any more than that the clarity tends to get cloudy. However, you can add more colors at an additional cost.
Is it possible to also do pet memorials?
Yes, we create eternal treasures with human remains, as well as pet remains.
Is it possible to drop off the remains?
Yes, you may drop off the remains to GRT Hot Glass Studios, we just ask that you let us know when. We want to take special care of them.
Is there an option for pickup?
Yes, you may pick up what is left of the remains, if you like. You can also pick up the finished pieces. We will let you know once they are finished and ready for pick-up.
Is there a special way to mail the remains?
Yes, we ask that you visit a United States Postal Service office. They can assist you in packaging and mailing the remains, as they have a standard process. GRT is not liable for the remains if shipped any other way.
